RosinPack is a professional manufacturer specializing in integrated vacuum vacuum forming production. With its own mold workshop and fully automatic vacuum forming production line, it specializes in 28 grid black plastic seedling forming vacuum forming trays and supports customized production of four mainstream food grade agricultural native plastics: PP, PS, PET, and PVC. The tray adopts integrated vacuum forming technology, with 28 independent seedling deep holes, and the bottom is equipped with breathable drainage holes as standard.

	PP material: high toughness, bending resistance, high and low temperature resistance, reusable, suitable for long-term cyclic seedling cultivation; PET material: environmentally friendly food grade, optional transparency, strong toughness and not easy to crack, preferred for export horticulture; PS material: lightweight, high rigidity, regular molding, high cost-effectiveness, short-term one-time seedling cultivation; PVC material: Cost controllable, corrosion-resistant, suitable for short-term outdoor seedling cultivation scenarios. All use brand new raw materials, no recycled waste, non-toxic and odorless, no harmful substances are released, and seedling cultivation is safe.
Independent cone shaped deep hole structure, sufficient single hole space, and vertical downward growth of roots without coiling; Each hole is equipped with precise drainage and ventilation holes at the bottom to prevent water accumulation and root rot, balance soil moisture, and have a standard layout of 28 grids. It is compatible with automatic seeders, and manual batch management saves time and reduces seed and labor costs.
	The plastic material is lightweight and elastic. After the seedlings are formed, they can be easily removed from the soil root system by lightly pressing the bottom of the hole, without scattering soil or breaking roots
