Rosinpack specializes in custom vacuum forming factories, specializing in a complete set of 1.4mm thick white PET standard 1020 plant germination seedling trays. The set consists of a white thick PET base and a matching transparent PET dust-proof and moisturizing cover. It adopts an exclusive misaligned buckle structure, which securely buckles the cover and bottom without slipping, and is easy to open and close. The bottom support supports two styles to choose from: one with drainage holes and one without holes for water storage, suitable for hydroponics, soil cultivation, micro green sprouts, flower cuttings, and vegetable seedling cultivation scenarios.

	Using brand new food grade PET raw materials, the thickness reaches 1.4mm, far exceeding the conventional 0.8-1.0mm thin trays on the market. It has strong load-bearing capacity, high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and resistance to fertilizer corrosion. It can be repeatedly cleaned and reused, greatly reducing long-term procurement costs.
The integrated molding of the mold features a staggered concave convex buckle design, which is different from ordinary straight edge buckles. After being fastened, it can be locked by horizontal and vertical displacement. The buckle has moderate elasticity and can be opened and closed with one hand without the need for tools
	Perforated bottom support: The bottom is evenly drained with a water channel, allowing excess water to be quickly drained to prevent root rot and increase soil oxygen content. It is suitable for vegetable plug seedling and cutting seedling cultivation; Non porous water storage bottom tray: With a sealed water storage structure, it can sustainably maintain substrate humidity and is suitable for hydroponic cultivation of seedlings, wheat grass, micro green plants, and moss, reducing the need for frequent manual watering. Bottom reinforcement strengthens the structure, ensuring even load-bearing capacity and preventing local subsidence when filled with substrate. The industry standard 1020 external dimensions are suitable for standardized seedling cultivation operations in large-scale farms.
