The mold has a service life of over 500000 times, with a pallet size tolerance of ± 0.05mm and clear groove edges without stretching or whitening; Fully automatic multi station vacuum forming line for mass production, capable of producing over 100000 pallets per day, with uniform thickness and bottom reinforcement to resist pressure.
